 Surgi-Care Center for Horses is fully equipped with state-of-the-art medical and surgical facilities. Technicians and support staff are highly trained to use the equipment and assist Surgi-Care’s doctors in providing 24 hour care for a wide range of elective and emergency soft tissue and orthopedic problems.
Surgi-Care Center for Horses facilities include:
- A 10 stall primary barn that allows intensive personal care of patients
- A stand alone isolation barn equipped with video for constant monitoring of patients
- Two turn out paddocks
- A small, two stall barn that can be utilized by outpatients
- Onsite lab for immediate testing needs
- Pharmacy
- Stall equipped with hoist to accommodate neurological horses requiring a sling
- Surgery suite
- Recovery stall
- Induction stall
- Surgical observation window located in a comfortable waiting room.
